Esmeil was so great! We thought we had to have our walls cut and new pipes put in. But when he looked at it and all the stains we had on our ceiling and in a closet he said it was an easy fix and he cleaned everything up and fix the taps and was in and out of here in an hour. After being told I could not fit anything but a tankless system in the limited space I had, Esmaiel was able to find me the right size hot water tank! He took COVID 19 precautions, masked and sanitized his hands. He was quick, professional and clean. Same day install! I have hot water again! Thanks Esmail for answering my call on a holiday since our hot water tank was leaking. Within 90 minutes, he arrived at my home and replaced the HWT. Within two hours, Esmail completed the work. Amazing workmanship! He also educated me on how water pressure change can impact the HWT's functionality. Definitely, I agree with other reviews that he is an honest and professional man.
